Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel or change your order prior to your order being processed for shipping. If your order has already been processed for shipping, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel or offer you a refund. We do try our best to serve you with the upmost quality of product and service.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We want all of our valuable customers to be satisfied, and we ask you to contact us within 14 days after you have received your order, may there be any issue. Please specify your order number and a brief description of the issue (error or missing items). Your satisfaction is our top priority!
